This popped up on another thread actually. A lot of my flights started being operated by SAS Ireland before I left for the holidays. I've not noticed much difference but apparently I have the greatest luck with cabin crew in general (friendly, fun, et cetera)

I think the suggested noticed changes would mostly be in cabin crew due to hiring differences in Ireland. I'm not sure what else came up though
