Just confirming Hilton Frankfurt Airport and Conrad Centennial Singapore - both still offering extensive restaurant breakfasts (in addition to more limited Exec Lounge offerings) & would highly recommend going to restaurant option in both cases! (Jan '18, Diamond, Wiki not updated as just confirming existing).
