I haven't stayed at the Indigo, but I have stayed at the HIX Soho, CP Kowloon East and IC Grand Stanford. HIX Soho is in a fairly good spot for sightseeing, and a decent price. CP Kowloon East is a really nice property, amazing treatment for Platinums, and cheap, but you need to be happy with a 20-30 minute trip on the metro to get to most places you'll want to be.
I have stayed at HIX Soho, HIX Mong Kong, HIX Causeway Bay, HI Golden Mile and both CPs. As expected, CP Causeway Bay is the best, but CP Kowloon East is a great hotel too (aside from remote location). It had been a great value on points back then, but not anymore, sadly. HIX Sogo had been seriously bad – to the point I cancelled next night and moved to CP Kowloon East. HIX Mong Kok and MIX CB are okay, but nothing much to remember. Poor value on points now anyway. HI Golden Miles is a place to avoid: unpleasant (though central) location, high prices, average rooms. CPs are way better.
