Well one can hope and really will have to hope that service improves and feedback in really taken into consideration. Benefits wise, would love to see partnerships with credit card companies to rack up points and better recognition of statues for upgrades, lounge access and for example, free breakfast for Platinums.
But aren't these already existing benefits for Platinum members?
I've not been denied room upgrades (quite often to the suites) at any Novotel, Sofitel or Pullman hotels unless the hotel is fully booked, which is pretty rare.
