I have an outstanding claim with BA for a LHR-HEL-LHR return with AY in November last year. I've been chasing BA for over a month now and all they will say is that AY haven't responded to the claim and BA can't do anything unless AY respond.
Any ideas what I should do? Are they just stalling until I go away and forget about it?
