They should just drop the 3 domestic routes operated [Belfast-Stansted; Derry-Glasgow; Derry-Liverpool], rather than setting up a Ryanair UK subsidiary to handle this traffic. They already dropped the other 3 for the winter as a result of their pilot scheduling problems [Belfast-Gatwick; Stansted-Edinburgh; Stansted-Glasgow]

No-one in the UK will be able to afford to fly after Brexit, anyway. Not even on Ryanair's super-low fares!
