OP and others here should remember that there's still a FO level with half the MQD requirement as GM. FOs get some benefits, such as special lines at some airports and rollover.
I've had pretty good success with the online chat help with the Amex Reserve card.
Can somebody tell me what an "FO" is? Enough acronyms in these forums to put the military to shame.
