I'm considering doing the Marriott status challenge, 9 stays in 90 days. There's only one Marriott in Stockholm so don't really have that many options.

If I stay for one night, and then checkout from the hotel, and then return the weekend after, does that count as one stay or two stays? I mean there's a few days of a gap in-between, but ultimately i'm returning to the same hotel?
