I don't believe you can have 2 flights from separate FPs put on a single PNR. You can, however, have them linked. Once you do That, they treat you together. Simply ask the Check in or Gate Agent to associate them.
All ‘linking’ does is create a text remark cross reference between the files, but has no systematic functionality. It relies on humans to notice the remark and proceed accordingly.

AQD is awarded to the person that flies, not the person who purchased the pass.
