Thanks Danial - yes they really go above and beyond. Another time I arrived on the WRONG day - totally my fault and the lounge staff apologized that they were totally full so couldn't accommodate me.
What did they do - called around to find me a room (when I hadn't even asked them to do that) and then later called to check that I had arrived at the hotel safely! They certainly do make sure that guest feel taken care of
