I though you were going from T5 to T2? Anyway it is a one stop trip from T5 to T2 on the tube. It is free only if you have an oyster card or a contactless debit/credit card as you still need to touch in and touch out otherwise you will have to pay the cash fare.
It is just called 'arrivals lounge'
