Although this was in 2013, I was pleasantly surprised to find that at the connection desk in AMM (I was doing CAI-AMM-DEL on RJ in J) that they had a hotel room arranged for my 10 hour connection, meals and car there and back. I had just assumed I was going to have to find a long sofa in the lounge somewhere and try and rest!
