Welcome back to Malaysia while spending your New Year holidays here and thanks for sharing your latest review on LM KL. Our last short meeting was years back at Sheraton Imperial KL Club lounge if you still recall. Anyway, since I am back as Platinum, I am staying at LM KL this Wed. LM KL is well known for its customer service when comes to frequent returning guests. Maybe, they have a profile on its loyal guests with our photo shoot by reminding their staff who are we and to remember by hard our names just like when first or business class pax boards plane on SQ and MH. They still remember me even tough I do check in once every 6 months to 1 year as a Gold member. Even one former LM KL staff reassigned to Sheraton PJ just called me up by name when I check into Sheraton PJ at the front desk. So, what LM KL do well with its staff training, reminds me of Shangri-La KL (legend) where staff are to ensure loyal guests feels at home by calling up guest by name and remembers what guests actually requested previously from past stays.
