That's an upper deck cabin mock up. Its consuming too much floor space and too few seats. Unlikely that any airline would be interested.
IMHO the only meaningful change QF will make to their F cabin is to strip it out and fill it with J, PE or Y seats.
Whilst i respect your humble opinion, i think it is a little unfair. The Qantas F suite is actually excellent, but admittedly could do with a few minor improvements. The problem with the Qantas F product largely centres around poor IFE, meals that are dry and bland, baggage arriving after that of Business, PE and economy passengers, and a boarding process that leaves a lot to be desired.
