Check In Okay I have to say I've stayed here many times (as a Plat). Having checked in on the app I mistakenly said I'd be arriving at 8 pm. When I arrived at noon I was totally expecting to be asked to wait, but no - "I'm sorry your suite isn't ready yet. Let me give you a room so you can rest because I know you are tired" Dining This hotel has ? the most generous lounge happy hour of all the hotels I've experienced. Normally five or six hotel dishes, noodles to order, 2 specials prepared by a chef as well as desserts, salads. etc.On Jan 1 was this enough? "We have a special menu tonight please enjoy" FRESH OYSTERS SHUCKED IN FRONT OF YOU, PRIME RIB SLICED TO ORDER, special desserts - as well as all the usual things. Unbelieveable Location Directly accross from KL Sentral - used to be a short outdoor walk from the train station but a new totally indoor (and with easily visible signs) walk now connects KLIA express to the hotel - a bit long but much easier to find. There is a large mall as well as access to public transport closeby. Service I don't know how staff remember my name with a few visits every year (and this is a LARGE hotel), but as I walk in to check in I am welcomed by many staff by NAME and many more with "welcome back".
