Although there will be a few non-residents who will argue over this props location I’ve been in TH for 47 years (was involved in that small “police action” just east of here!) and have lived here for the last 23 years with my law office being on Surawongse and this prop is near nothing - not tourist wise, SkyTrain/MRT or restaurant wise. To one poster because it’s located near the residence of the hotel Owner that’s going to make this property special, IMO, ridiculous, but even the incoming GM stated in a recent interview that this area needs a rejuvenation which verifies my position that due to my comments and the traffic problems on Surawongse that for now you're better off choosing another better located property.
