I've never heard of the guy, but it doesn't sound like he was evicted for no reason. It seems like he was evicted because the hotel found out he's a known prankster who films videos of himself engaging in outrageous and offensive behavior.
Whether that's a good business decision is up for debate. Should the hotel have waited for him to commit some prank that may have offended other guests? Should they have taken his word for it that he wasn't planning any pranks? Manager's discretion, I guess.
