Been 1K with United for years but rarely sit a UA aircraft would much rather have access to other benefits on carriers I am actually traveling on.
Over 100k in J or F. Literally any FFP will work well for you, so just choose whichever corresponds to the airline you fly most. If you can reach HON with LH, there are some really neat benefits. It's 600k miles in 2 years, but you can earn up too 300% miles in F and 200% miles in J.
