Notice how within 10 business days is in bold and also underlined. Within. 10 business days means within 10 business days. Not 13.

Amex counts the day of filing as a business day as well. The rep told me the 10 day period was up herself. The fraud dept. Is who they are waiting on. 13 14 15 18 19 20 21 22 25 26 ...... 10 days... your policy above states nothing about provisional credit, doesn't sound as if it's the correct policy.
