Recently I stayed here. We did not get upgraded room to suite as I would love to but overall room conditions considered to be excellent.

The things that bothering me was the lounge limitation. I even had sent my feedback by email and never got responses about this, even thank you for giving me feedback.

Second, there might be a miscommunication between staffs. At check-in, I was told that the breakfast already included so as Platinum members, I can choose points.
Now in my account stated free amenities breakfast no bonus points.

Considered the price, it might be true that the services can be up and down depends on season. I can say at this point, the room is excellent but others should be improved.
