Departing Antigua at 22,35 is too late to serve a dinner, and arriving at Gatwick at 10,15am warrants more than a continental breakfast & bacon rolls. Those timings suit a light snack after take off, and a full breakfast before landing.
BA’s product is dreadful in comparison to Virgin ..
Sorry to hear of your poor experience with BA. I'm not sure they really shine on these overnights back to LGW. Do consider also posting your positive experience of VS over on the Virgin Atlantic Flyer's Club forum.
