I know BA won't tag your bags through but SQ might be able to re-tag your bags if you approach their transfer desk at T2., thus allowing you to stay airside. Granted, I've only done this on a T2-T2 connection, so I'm not entirely sure if they'll do it on a T1-T2 connection.
