Well, nobody should be drunk and obnoxious onboard, but if the primary offence was talking loudly and being terrible at queueing it doesn't sound any worse than how hundreds of passengers behave every day. Bad form for an AC employee? Sure, but IMO it doesn't merit more than putting on headphones and rolling one's eyes in response.
