Morocco, Bosnia, Croatia and Switzerland all failed to ask me for any paperwork or visa.

Pakistan required a visa, but no further paperwork (I did enter overland, if that makes a difference).

I can also travel from the UK to the Channel Islands, which are outside the EU, without so much as a library card
