As a CitiŽ / AAdvantageŽ Executive World EliteTM MasterCard holder it says I can access select partner lounges operated by third parties (on same-day flights operated by American)

If i'm on a AA flight operated by BA, (ORD to LHR), do I have access to the BA lounge in T5? I'm thinking I don't. Was hoping to use the 2 guest policy.

I do have PLT Pro status so I think that gives me lounge access for myself. But I'm traveling with 2 friends, does that mean they will not have access?
