Hi,

If it is cold or wet , how about the museums in Ueno park or the Edo-Tokyo museum?

On a nice day, some of the gardens, the observation towers ( ie Mori tower or the Sky Tree combined with Asakusa and the Senso ji temple. The East Gardens of the Imperial Palace follwed by a stroll through Ginza is good also.
