Got a chance to try out LAX yesterday. Generally, very nice, a big step up!
I much prefer FFD instead of QF lounge. Full service bar tender basically do nothing since we ordered juice in the am.
I have pictures for food if anyone interested. Good presentation on food but food quality is not as good as JFK.
The only minor issue is the check in agent not sure about the access rule, saying kids not allowed, but quickly rectfied by another agent next to her. Btw, if I didnt inquiry about it, she did not mention about FFD, probably the reason why only 4 of us in the lounge with so many F from LAX.
They need to promote little more for such a great service, or else its all wasted.
