It seems the e-gift cards were stopped being issued for awhile and now are being resumed.
Are these e-gift cards tamper resistant? But some locations are refusing to take them, is this widespread?
Other than cards that were bought in 2015 and 2016 that did not have pins, are the ones that do have pins and the "North America - South America language on the back tamper resistant?
