Thanks. Yes, when I have started on the West Coast on the redeye (because it is technically overnight) it is a "snack" where a few plates are served at once, on 1 tray.
The last time I flew the 9 pm East Coast departure, it was the full menu served across the multiple courses. But that was about 2 years ago on that particular time. Wondering if it's changed since then (the West Coast red eye technically leaves 3-4 hours later than the East Coast one, so I understand the bifurcation in service approach - but I wish they would more transparently lay this out!)

Ridiculous. Good to know that LAX-ATL will probably be all snacks too. Darn. The 11:30 pm is on an A330 but stinks it won't have any hot, fresh food.
