I think all lounges at Heathrow are rather lax. As far as I'm concerned the dress code for any lounge or airplane should be:
- Be clean (i.e. don't smell)
- Dress clean (i.e. wear fresh cloth rather than those 3-days old rags you went out partying with)
- Dress decently (depending on location)
