I recently got a decent cold antipasto plate on my IAH-SLC flight (SkyWest CRJ 700, which I believe they took out the ovens years ago) which would be perfect for the red eyes. That some cold meats (turkey, Italian ham, salami, olives, crostini) and a tiramisu dessert. Was nice snack (though it was suppose to be a dinner, but better than a cold sandwich).
