Irinically, even for UA travel, I use my CSR for everything travel. While the PQM has helped in the past once or twice, but once little kids enter into the equation, the travel insurance on the CSR becomes way more important. Of course, use my wife’s new TravelBank for lmboardfood now, since it gets the20% discount.
