The flights were clearly part of Finnair's usual schedule (it was actually the TP run to Malaga mentioned in the TP thread) and the flights had AY flight numbers. This is particularly disappointing as the flights were taken to get to gold!

What would the suggested course of action be here as, when booked, Finnair advised that these flights would be eligible for tier points?

Will initially respond with the following points:
- 1 of the 4 flights has already credited, so if they're going to apply the rationale in their email, why have they partially credited;
- The ticket was booked on an AY flight number and taken on AY metal;
- There is no mention on the BA website that tier points are contingent upon the flight being part of an operators "regular schedule";
- If the routing wasn't part of AY's regular schedule, why has that routing been bookable for at least the past year, and remains bookable for at least the next year?

Did you eventually get your TPs for the Finnair Malaga flight? I am currently trying to resolve the same issue with BA.
