The A380 and 787 both have higher pressurization such that their cabin altitude can be set to equate to approximately 6,000 feet, rather than the ~8,000 feet on other airliners. A healthy person shouldn't experience fainting at 8,000 feet though, so if that's happening to you, a visit to the doctor would be in order.
