Try the rabbit pasta in La Pira in Valletta, and go and see the Gladiator fighter in the war museum - my great uncle Forster Maynard was AOC Med in 1940 and was responsible for mounting the fighter defence using old Sea Gladiators he located in crates on the docs when the RAF took all the good planes back to the UK, so my trip in September was a bit of a pilgrimage.
