IIRC in EZE, where the wine is self serve, you also help yourself to soft drinks in the refrigerators in the same service area. In the inner sanctum for Centurion cardholders there, everything is served by a hostess at your seat, including bottled water, soft drinks, and coffee/tea.
At EZE Centurion, I think they remodeled the food setup between my visit a few years back and october. the host is glad to get anything. The soda and some snacks are laid out for self serve if you want or the host will get for you. Menu food is only through host.
