Looking at My Points Summary on thankyou.com, I am told I have the (expected) number of points available. I see no indication of expiration.
Quick recap: In August, downgraded Prestige to Preferred; when that changed the account number, closed the Premier.
Over 90 days later, all the points I had at that time are still there.
