Yes it’s cold, but we normally get a few days like this every year. Does YYZ really have things that aren’t designed to deal with -30 temps (it wouldn’t surprise me if they didn’t).
The hangar doors tend to not even be able to be opened once it drops below -18 Celsius. Ottawa tends to handle the cold better.
Back to the thread in question "it's cold. Expect a delay". Not sure why the original poster felt the need to complain about something so trivial.
