Supposedly once you hit the waiver it is a tiebreaker for upgrades. No way to know if it actually does or not. There are so many tiebreakers...

I am not corporate account nor do I have the reserve but my upgrade % is pretty high. I did not notice any difference with the waiver

Although you need 250K for the DM waiver for STATUS, I think the 25K would be for tiebreaker within your tier?
