AFAIK they all do, but you might need to ask the bartender in USA lounges.

IIRC in EZE, where the wine is self serve, you also help yourself to soft drinks in the refrigerators in the same service area. In the inner sanctum for Centurion cardholders there, everything is served by a hostess at your seat, including bottled water, soft drinks, and coffee/tea.
