I'm not sure what this has to do with my reply. If they bought a bunch of new planes, particularly a new type to the fleet, even if they have some commonality with A319/320s, they still hafto train more pilots.
Especially if the A321 is replacing the B752, I imagine a pilot who's qualified on Boeing aircraft, would need quite a bit of training on Airbii!
