At any rate, the moral of the story is to visit HR Indian Wells in the off season if you want to relax, and don't expect much from their lounge. The restaurant/bar has quite decent food, but it is pricey.
Agree as well. I have stayed 4 times here. twice in September, once in May and in Summer. Off season ist best. The lounge is extremely disappointing. I have even commented on the lounge quality in a survey, got contacted by the RC director and he asked me what I'd propose... I sent tons of pictures of possible hors d'oevres etc. seemed weird to me....
The property is nice, most rooms are nice, location is good, lounge is really disappointing
