Happened to me yesterday on a CR9 on my iPad. Had to use the "30-90 minute" selection to find something to watch on a short flight.

No issue though on the connecting 763 to BRU (though seatback screens lagged a fair amount).

Have had this problem before on other DL flights with streaming only and no seatback IFE
