Kagehitokiri, what you say re 'many' may be correct. However, I am talking about all travellers, not simply those who regularly post here. Nevertheless, I do think many who post here could learn that they are indeed spending an inordinate amount of time chasing not much return if any. In the case of hotels, just pick up the phone.
