Same as passport: if you only have a first surname just complete this field and skip the second one (it is not mandatory at all). Middle name has to be introduced with your first name depending on what do you have in the passport.

But anyway, it is a schengen flight so no worries to this. No API is needed and no one will rise any issue when the names match the passport info.
