LHR lounges dress code

Hi all,

in January I will fly out from LHR to Cebu (Philippines) via Hong Kong with Cathay. I am an AMEX platinum so I can use different lounges in many airports. Last time in a lounge was 5 years ago, so I need a refresh. I tried to look which should be the best lounge at LHR Terminal 3 and, as expected, there a lot of info that says good and bad about any lounge.
However, the main question is the dress code. All lounges clearly state that a business or smart casual is needed to access. To be honest, in past, I never took care of my dress. I normally wear blue jeans (standard levis 501, no cut), normal shoes and fleece or hoody. Nothing is with big text, offensive, or similar. As I am going on holiday, I am not thinking to wear anything formal. Plus, I am travelling in economy class, so I would prefer a relaxed clothing rather than a shirt.
So, smart casual is really open to interpretation to me and I am not sure anyone joining a lounge has shirt and tie.
Which is the real policy? Should I really get troubles entering dressing with jeans and fleece?

Thanks
S
