Smile LH Yield Management

Oh wise LH FT Sages,

I could have started this thread in almost any other Forum, but since I am flying LH next (and lately most often) I thought I would start it here.
I have a LH Yield Management Question. I am booked on a flight FRA-USA on an A340-300 with 18 Business Class Seats. I am booked in P Class.

When I check Expertflyer (EF), I see this data for my flight: J3 C2 D2 Z2 P0 G9 E9 N0 Y9 B9 M9 U9 H9 Q9 V9 W9 S9 T9 L9 K9.
EF and LH both simultaneously show only one unassigned/unblocked seat remaining on their respective Seat Maps.
Looking at Business Class on the EF data above, am I to understand that LH is willing to sell 3 more Business Class seats, and within that 3 seat inventory, they are willing to sell 2 at a Discount (Z Class) ? I realize that the XXs on the Plane Seat Map do not necessarily mean that these seats have been sold (i.e. they could be reserved for Flight Crew, Handicapped Seating, or seats adjacent to HON or SEN passengers) but conversely there could be Business Class passengers who hold tickets but have not selected or otherwise been assigned seats,. Based on the Seat Bucket data provided from EF above and Seat Maps from EF and LH described, is LH seeking to overbook Business Class by +3 ?

Using the same Seat Bucket data above, am I led to believe that LH has no less than 9 PE Seats to sell on this flight ?

Your keen insights and knowledgeable posts are most greatly appreciated.
