Thank you all for the prompt reply. The booking is GLA-LHR-NYC so it's not a complicated booking and as above have booked this way before with no problem. Worryingly when I get on to the AA page the booking only has my daughter's details on the page that has the error despite me being lead passenger. Is it best to call BA or AA and what's the best number.
