All is well that ends well! Just wanted to keep you guys updated, that Pulo came through for my parents and they will be able to stay at the resort until March 1st. So my parents are pretty happy. Thanks to Rodolfo and Christophe for helping us out and my travel agent Melanie!

Last thing for me to do for them on this trip is the 5-day tour from Bangkok to Pakse, including the cruise to the 4000 island but that's not going to be in the same standard of hotels...
