You’ll get an email “GoCrown Upgrade” a few days before the flight to set a price for upgrade. If they accept then about 48 hours before the flight, you’ll get an answer.
In addittion, you can upgrade at the airport with cash. You’ll be able to upgrade your next leg if there’s place.
